It has been brought to our attention that no emails are being received.

It seems that after we have had internal changes done and our internet provider changed, our email system is not working.

We have contacted Rogers to find out why their system is not sending or receiving from our mail system. Unfortunately there may be an internal problem with our mail server and/or the new ip and has to be repaired.

Please be patient! We are looking at a work-around system to help our customers and get our contact system back up and running asap.

To ensure delivery before December 25, 2008, we suggest selecting UPS Express at checkout as UPS Standard can not be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas day.

Overstock Distributing is not responsible for order delays due to extreme weather, labour strikes, unrest or carrier failure. Deadlines only apply to in-stock merchandise.

Also note that Overstock Distributing offices and shipping facilities will be closed from December 23, 2008 until December 29, 2008. All orders placed after 2 pm EST December 22, 2008 will not ship until December 29, 2008.
